A portal to access another part of ourselves, through the unexpected. A tool for liberating our emotions. A language that allows us to express what cannot be said otherwise.
Online dance class
Private live lesson via zoom from the confort of our home. Introduction to improvisational dance and movement exploration. An expressive and instinctive dance that allows us to showcase our range of emotions and free ourselves from our set limitations.
